He’s an accomplished investment services professional with over 24 years experience structuring investment and retirement product strategies. Prior to becoming a partner at Anthem Financial Services, Tom was a Vice President at ADP Retirement Services where he led the Investment Services team for the ADP Access product. He was the lead member of the Investment Committee responsible for screening, selecting and monitoring investment options for $15 billion of retirement plan assets.
