Anthony has more than 25 years of experience within the Retirement Plans marketplace with a focus on DB & DC Plans, Asset Management and Investment Analytics. He spent six years as Vice President of Retirement Services for USI Insurance Services, Inc., in their New York City office, responsible for managing the service, investment and sales support team. Anthony also served as the Senior Investment Consultant for the New York region and was a member of the USI Securities Investment Committee.

Prior to joining USI, Anthony was Director, Investment Product Services where he managed the investment team, alliance partner relationships and product development for Prudential Retirement Services. Prior, Anthony held positions within Prudential Institutional and Asset Management focusing on the Defined Benefit marketplace. As AVP, Retirement Services, Anthony was instrumental in developing a Defined Contribution product for the newly created division of Morgan Stanley (Dean Witter). He was involved in contract negotiations, revenue share agreements and product & marketing efforts.

Anthony is an LPL Registered Representative with FINRA, and has earned his Series 7 & 63 registrations held through LPL Financial and is an LPL Investment Advisory Representative. His in depth investment experience combined with his retirement plans knowledge has been beneficial for his clients and throughout his career.

Thomas Sokira is a Managing Partner of Anthem Financial Services, an independent financial services firm, specializing in providing services for employer sponsored retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b) and profit sharing plans. He’s an accomplished investment services professional with over 24 years experience structuring investment and retirement product strategies.

Prior to becoming a partner at Anthem Financial Services, Tom was a Vice President at ADP Retirement Services where he led the Investment Services team for the ADP Access product. He was the lead member of the Investment Committee responsible for screening, selecting and monitoring investment options for $15 billion of retirement plan assets. His investment analysis impacted over 15,000 401(k) plans representing 600,000 participants. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Sokira devoted 5 years to Morgan Stanley where he earned the title of Vice President Investment Services. He headed up all investment analysis initiatives for their $1.8 billion retirement services division.

Tom is an LPL Registered Representative with FINRA, and has earned his series 7 & 63 registrations held through LPL Financial and is an LPL Investment Advisory Representative.   Tom is focused on applying his knowledge base to help retirement plan sponsors and individuals with their investments and strategic retirement income planning.

Ethan Grodofsky is the Consultant Emeritus at Anthem Financial Services, specializing in self directed 401(k), 403(b) and other Qualified Plans.  Ethan has been recognized by The 401(k) Wire as one of the ‘300 Most Influential Advisors In Defined Contribution’ and most recently by The Financial Times as one of the '400 top 401(k) Advisors in the Country'.

Ethan has over 30 years of experience in the 401(k) and Qualified Retirement Plan Business.   He spent thirteen years as Director of Retirement Plans for USI Insurance Services, Inc., in their New York City office, responsible for New Business and Account Retention of Employer Sponsored Retirement Programs.  In this role, Ethan specialized in the Middle-Market segment, providing expertise with 401(k) and other Qualified Retirement Plans.

Prior to joining USI, Ethan was involved in establishing and developing a regional 401(k) Third Party Administration and Recordkeeping Firm. There he was responsible for all plan marketing and ERISA consulting. Ethan began his career in the pension field as a pension analyst with Buck Consultants.  He later became a Benefits Consultant for Segal Associates, the corporate consulting arm of The Martin E. Segal Company. There he developed extensive experience in the design and implementation of Qualified Retirement Plans.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Rutgers College. His extensive understanding of 401(k) plans has not only fueled his success, but has also proved to be a valuable support system to his associates and their clients.
