A successful communication program is critical to the success of a company's retirement plan. Anthem Financial Service understands that the development of an effective communication program varies greatly from business to business and across industries. We review the wide variety of options available and, together with the retirement plan committee; create the most appropriate program for your  particular employee population.

We believe that clear and consistent communication of the plan’s benefits and features, increase the employees’ understanding and promotes participation while raising the profile and appreciation of the benefit. As a result, participants are better informed about asset allocation and risk tolerance, and most importantly, better prepared for retirement.

  • Participant Enrollment – Anthem will assist in enrolling Plan participants in the Plan, including conducting an agreed upon number of enrollment meetings.  As part of such meeting, Anthem will provide participants with information about the Plan, which may include information on the benefits of Plan participation, the benefits of increasing Plan contributions, the impact of preretirement withdrawals on retirement income, the terms of the Plan and the operation of the Plan.

  • Participant Education – Anthem will assist with participant education, which may include preparation of education materials and/or conducting investment education seminars and meetings for Plan participants.  Such meetings may be on a group or individual basis and may include information about the investment options under the Plan.
